Success Through Teamwork in Project Management

Challenge

Collaborating with the Regional Water Providers Consortium, my assignment involved the redesign of their current website. Additionally, I implemented an email list program, designed quarterly emails, and developed a web database application. This application enabled the calculation of site visitors’ water savings, providing them the ability to revisit their profile and monitor their water usage.

Approach

Effective communication and teamwork are essential components when managing extensive projects like this one. I closely collaborated with the client, copywriters, programmers, and project manager, ultimately leading to the successful launch of the new materials.
